RETURN POLICY:

Legend Coolers has our customers best interest and satisfaction in mind. We believe we have made a cooler that will stand the test of time like a Legend. But in the event you’re not 100% completely satisfied with your Legend Cooler, you can return it for a full refund within 180 days. Return policy only applies for cooler(s) / product purchased directly from Legend Coolers or an authorized Legend Cooler dealer. Restriction do apply*.

YOUR LEGEND COOLER RETURN POLICY:

You can return your cooler(s) up to 180 days from the original purchase date. All coolers and products must be undamaged in new or like new condition and returned in the original or adequate packaging. With a copy or the original receipt of purchase*. A full refund for the retail price set by Legend Coolers will be automatically applied to your credit / debit card within 7 days with proof of purchase No Cash Refunds will be processed. If no receipt or proof of purchase is available, then a store credit may be applied for a Legend Cooler online store purchase. The store credit has no expiration date. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly buy Legend Coolers. The customer will endure all shipping costs and responsibility for a cooler / product returned to Legend Coolers for refund or store credit.

Legend Coolers reserves the right not to accept a cooler / product that is damaged or deemed non-returnable for refund or store credit purposes by Legend Coolers. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly by Legend Coolers.

No refunds or credit will be given on coolers returned after 180 days of the original purchase date.

This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Legend Coolers or an authorized Legend Cooler dealer. SHIPPING POLICY

Continental United States and Canada

Legend Coolers uses UPS Ground service on all shipments within the continental U.S. and Canada. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered.

We’ll send a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS Ground and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If this happens, we’ll let you know the new shipping charge before processing your order.

Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum 6-10 business days to arrive.

Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the continental United States (does not apply to HI or AK).
